Game freezes when I try to put my own sculpture to a client's house

So.. The title is pretty self-explanatory. I've been successfully placing my sculptures in the houses of my clients when Remodeling. They always loved it and it made my ratings go up the roof. But this one day when I placed my sculpture in the client's house again, right when I tried to get out of the buy mode to the live mode, the game froze and eventually crashed. I tried removing cache files, custom content, I don't run any mods or hacks. By now, I've been playing the game crash-free by not placing my sculptures there anymore, but it really helped me in getting forward in my job. Any suggestions in how should I solve this / whether it is some random game glitch?

What do you mean by "my sculptures"? It is your own custom mesh sculpture?

No, I mean the sculptures made by my character in-game. But thanks for a reply, I'll check it out.

Does the freeze and crash happen on just that one Lot or all Lots?
And it only happens for just this "remodeler" Sim or all "remodeler" Sims? At a particular level only?

It would be useful to try and test on a vanilla cc-free game to see if it is CC-conflicts or just yet another bug with the Professions for Sims once they reach a certain skill level.
