I can't find fingerprints (Detective)

Hi! Well, i have a problem, and i looked all around the internet and i can't find out how to find fingerprints when my sim is investigating, so aparently maybe i'm the only one that can't figure out how to do this, it's making me crazy. So please, someone could tell me please how do i make my sim to find fingerprints when required?
