Sims 3/Garry's Mod???

Okay, so my friend recently introduced me to the game called Garry's Mod. I was just wondering if anyone had any idea how to import a Sims character (preferably a Sims 3 character) into Garry's Mod.

You can't.

Two completely different engines. Garry's Mod is based off the Source engine that powers all of Valve's games these days while The Sims 3 uses its own proprietary graphics engine.
