Ah ok I found the set on TSR, I think a shutter/window combo could compare.
Here are some shutters queried on MS3B (http://mysims3blog.blogspot.com/search?q=shutters)
the first one on the list looks promising as does Sims Design Avenue's
Cottage windows and shutters, lower down.
