Missing World Adventures Gems and Metals

For some reason, all of the gems and metals that come with World Adventures aren't available in my game they are just missing. When I put the right worth of items on the display and transfigure, my sim is reset and so is the display but it still has all of the items on it and no gem appears. Also, when I break the space rock with martial arts, I haven't received any gems and I have broken at least 300 of them. I also don't find any gems or metals in China, France, or Egypt with my collection helper. All I find are space rocks. The gems and metals never spawn no matter how long I am there. Are the gems and metals not programmed into my game or something because they aren't in my game at all. If you can help, that would be amazing!

Best guess is that you have a mod installed that is preventing them from showing; a mod that is conflicting with some aspect of a different mod.
