You don't have enough GHz.

It needs 2 for XP.

I figured I was low on some graphic requirements, but want I am not sure about is that I played for a year with no problems at all. I didn't get any eps or download anything to my computer. Is there a way to clean things up to make it work like it use to. I delete all my custom content and it made no difference. Thanks for everyone's help.

Does it only happen with foundations or all the time now?

If it's just the foundations, then you can't build homes with a foundation.
