Use of corner counter slot?

I once had a package that enabled sims to use the corner slot of counters (I think)...i cant find this download now, so I tried to use the solution depicted below...


Sadly, no luck.

Can anyone suggest a way to enable sims to interact with objects on corner counters?

If you're looking for content, this is the wrong forum. But, are you looking for the The SEP (Slot Enable Package) (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=144021)? It enables Sims to use the corner counters.
