Any ideas of how I can continue to electrocute her? All I can think of is an electricity trap but I really don't know how to set one up, plus my sims can easily cross them.

Their energy/charge meter fills when they are electrocuted.

That way they can work around the clock.

Trust me, it is harder to set one up than to have it happen by accident. It would be much better to just take care of your Simbot that to try to stage an electrocution.

Hmm.. I don't know. But I know how to change the traits.
But the Electrician Challenges is meant for organic sims and apparently your simbot did accomplished the challenge, right?
It's not hard to set up an electricity trap. Just "testingcheats" and "buydebug", select your trap and place it to the ground plus Shift+Ctrl to select the type of traps (eg. fire, steam, electricity..)
Or you can build a room and lock the room from anyone else except your simbot and put the electric charged trap and set to non-disarmable (an infinite solutions).
I think there are plenty of post about tomb building and remember to use Shift+Ctrl in Buy mode.
