Are the neighborhood objects availible in Object Workshop.

I need to know, because i need the radio tower for a very special project. Dont wanna say anything because its secret. Well actually, i can tell you. Im making The Ivory Tower from the famous movie The NeverEnding Story. I already know what im up against, i just need the radio tower

I don't know whether they are in the Object Workshop, but are definitely moddable since there is a whole section in downloads (http://www.modthesims.info/browse.php?f=434&showType=1&gs=1) for them. Perhaps a look at some of the packages in that section will help you figure out what to do?
