Problem with making custom content shiny

I followed RGiles' small tutorial to make my new acc shiny. (I also looked into SirDrake's but it didn't work for me.)
Appearently it shines only in Body Shop, still looking plain in game.
ㅡWhich I don't understand, if my laptop isn't capable of displaying this shiny thing, why it shines in Body Shop. :faceslap: Please help!

Bodyshop and the game have different lighting settings, it might be shining in the game and just not enough for you to notice. Or you have your video settings set to not see the shine. Play around with those a bit, see what happens.
