Hi everybody. I'm a newbie in modding and I want to ask something. I have some great clothes only for adult female Sim. How to make that some adult stuff will also be available for female teen? What tools I need?

Converting clothes from adult to teen will require the use of Body Shop (you already have this), SimPE, and Milkshape with the Unimesh plugins. You will have to clone a teen outfit with the same number of mesh groups, import the teen mesh first into Milkshape to get the right skeleton in, then import the adult mesh and scale/reshape it to the teen size, taking extra special care to match up the ring of neck vertices exactly. You'll also need to redo the fat morph. Then you fix up the comments, delete the teen body leaving only the converted one, export it, import it into your cloned teen mesh file, and then transfer over the textures from the original adult outfit into a recolour file linked to that now-converted teen mesh.
Basically, if you're a beginner, all of the above will be over your head. You'll need to start simpler - do some basic recolours if you never have before, and then try to do the Unimesh body meshing tutorials in the Body Shop Meshing area. You'll have the basic skills then to do an edit of this type, and my above explanation will make a lot more sense.
