I build a house with a small square window, after I saved it and went back to that lot to continue building. I saw the window with weird stripes, so when I brought my mouse on that window, my game closed without any error.
This window came into my game cause of houses I downloaded, so I dont know wich house it was and I can't delete all my houses, cause I have sims living in them.
I tried Delphy's Dashboard to fix and delete only this object but it couldn't find it.
And I also tried to delete this window out of the buildcatalogus, but im not able to click the delete button..
The window does not appear in the sims launcher, cause it came with a downloaded house like i said.

What can I do?

Remember, if you're having any problem, error, glitch, or issue with your game, that's a job for the Help section. There's both FAQs to help you with common issues, and Q&A forums for one-on-one help.

Custom windows causing crashes are a common problem with the 1.17 patch/Late Night, due to changes in the way the game handles wall masks (the image that controls the way the wall gets cut out to make the hole for the window). The problem affects anything that fits into walls, including custom doors and arches as well. They must be updated by their creator and redownloaded to fix this issue.

Items installed along with .sims3packs in the Launcher will show up in the Launcher as single items too. I'd suggest looking through the items in the Launcher again, very carefully, as it should be there.

If you continue having issues, please post a new thread in the Help section.

Good luck, and happy simming! :)
