Bon Voyage Neighborhood

Will Bon Voyage create a new Neighborhood in the Neighborhood selection or not? Just curious.

Nope, I don't think so. The "neighbourhoods" that come with Bon Voyage are actually the three vacation subhoods that you can choose to attach to your main neighbourhoods so that your sims can go on vacation.
