Twallan's Decensor is my preferred method. Googling "twallan decensor" should bring you right to it.

there is a no mosaic mod here that's still working.. :) try searching the downloads section..

Works fine for me and most everyone else. If you're having trouble with it, Twallan gives great support for his mods, though.
