Doctor House Call

I am so confused. I went to do a house call and didn't know what to do. How do you do a house call. I went to the Sims and performed an experimental thing on her and she thought I was odd. Any help with this would be great.

House Calls:
After a doctor finishes working at the hospital, they can make a house call to follow up on one of their patients. After calling the hospital, the doctor is assigned a random person to visit. The doctor must now visit the patient's house and performed the follow up treatment. Once the doctor is finished, he/she writes a bill for the patient (which most patients look at in shock). House calls are a great way to make extra money.

Basically it's like any other quest, you go to the person's home, click on them, and click the option for a check up (or something to that effect). Your sim will do some random animation to check on the recuperating sim's progress... And then it's done. The other sim will probably thank you and you will receive a relationship boost and I believe a work performance boost.

Sometimes you have to wait a few sim minutes if the sim isn't home.
