Hey, I just had a lot rejected, and I was wondering if you guys could help me figure out exactly what's wrong with it. Here are some screenshots:

I don't know what's wrong with it, but I suspect the issue was not with the lot itself, but with the Sim that came with it. If anyone wants, I could PM them with the RAR as an attachment. I've got all EPs, and the Family Fun Stuff, H&M Fashion Stuff, Kitchen & Bath Interior Design Stuff, Mansion and Garden Stuff, and Store Edition SPs.

It would help if you stated the rejection reason you received. But yes, sims included could be one issue. If you read the Creator Guidelines you will see that sims in lots is not allowed. Your pics aren't showing up for me, so if you could double check your links.

Oh, then that's the main cause. Thanks for the response!
IDK why the images aren't showing. I can't see them either, although I used the image tags and the images are hosted on ImageShack.

Also if you read the reasons given for the rejection, it usually states why :)

Please don't be afraid, Sumbody77, but I found your pictures. :) Your URLs were fine. But you needed to "Copy the URL of the picture" (you should see this if you're right-clicking on a picture) and copy this between the tags. For taking a little bit work from you, I "fixed" your first post: :) Hope that's okay.

Feedback for what I've seen so far:
Too many lamps in the kitchen and in front of the house (way to the house) - try to reduce them, maybe cheats like "BoolProp snapobjectstogrid false" will help
Are all walls high on the pictures? I think I got confused of the windows, but I like those creative ideas you put in this house!! :gjob: Anyways, some places/ rooms seems to be very empty, like one room contains only a tv and sofa. Just cluttering it a bit :D
Sim needs to go away :) (like already said) For saving the furniture you need to let every sim on the house die. If you like yours too much, let another come to the house too (to live there) and let your beloved sim escape :P

It's lovely, but the size of it is way too much for a 1 bedroom house.

Thanks guys. :D
I would have added more on the first floor, but I didn't because I was afraid that the Sims would try to view the palm trees without taking the time to walk all the way to the garage side of the house, which would result in a lot of stomping and shouting and would generally be a nuisance. Besides, that room is intended as what I call the Florida room, which is a room that just lets your Sim relax and enjoy the view, so I didn't want it to be too cluttered.
As for having only one bedroom: usually I only play with one or two Sims at a time max, which is what this lot is intended for. However, I left a balcony-space-thing on the second floor (visible in the second screenshot) that, with the addition of a door and some walls, could be anything, including a bedroom.
The walls were on cutaway mode so you could see everything more clearly. :)

Well to me your house is good but for the lot size and massive house structure, just only one room is not enough for it. I would put another room in the building.
If this is for your personal play then okay, but since you would probably want to share it, I would recommend you adding another room to the structure.
