Eww, Blurry

Okay, so this is weird, I recently upgraded my hard drive, from 5200RPM and 200GB to 7200 RPM to 500GB, I know it probably doesn't matter, but it might have something to do with it but I doubt it but okay enough babbling. This happened with my other hard drive, I played and it was all ugly like this is, I will link pics just let me explain, I created my hot a** sim in CAS on my previous hard drive, then I load him up in game hes like effin fugly right, well, looks like same thing is happening here, and eventually the sims actually looked good in some mysterious way, on my other HDD, but on my new one its still Eh.. I don't know if someone has had this problem and has had a solution to it, so here pics

My game also actually runs incredibly smoothly, so I don't know what the problem is.

That's how Sims 3 looks. You probably don't have a behemoth graphics card, which will contribute, but yeah... there's nothing wrong, that I can see, in that pic.
