Is there any mod for the consignment store?

Hey guys, i was wondering if somebody of any mod to the ambitions consignment store to make it look like the ts2 open for business stores (when i mean that, i mean a mod that could let us consign everything that we want, like furniture, to the seller and then receive the payment for it). And if there is nothing like that what about to use this as an idea? I think is can't be so much complicated and a lot of people would like..
