I have two things I would like to get from the game.
1. Sim's athletic. Once they learn the skill, they know it, and even if they get fat, they are still skillfully fit. They never have bad workout days. They never have to pre-plan that if I want to run tomorrow more than 10km, then I need to eat pasta today, and 2h before going jogging. If they ever are sick, then they never need to get back on the treadmill slowly, the second they are no longer sick, they are good to go.

2. How easy it was in TS2 to clean the litter box. Just poke it a few time with the kitty-litter shovel and done. No pouring the old litter to a bag, no scraping the litter that got stuck to the bottom from pee, no washing it in the shower, no drying, no having to wait for your cat to stop peeing in an empty box because he just had to go right there and then, no re-washing the box, no drying it off again, no waiting for the other cat to stop peeing in an empty box because he also had to go just then and there...

To have always available for me, my money and my looks... any given time I wanted... including de-aging, re-aging. Sure, after creating a sim you can't really undo it without a cheat. Same with the amount of money credited on my bank account, so, I have to say, the one thing I would love to have are the cheats. Can be in the shape of a shower, or a computer, a computer connected to a rejuvenating capsule, I do not care how!!! XD

Basically its all been mentioned you know :Cheats, free clothes, pausing, going back to a different save file if something goes wrong, falling in love easily, making friend etc, etc but I don't think anyone mentioned how they just do a little weird spin and their completely changed? Or how they don't need to clean their clothes(unless they have The Sims 3 Ambitions and own a laundry basket) and can wear their favourite outfit everyday. :)

1. To be able to build skills as fast as they can!
2. Cars that don't require fuel.
3. I agree with someone else in saying being able to save at certain points in time, so if something bad happens, you can retry it.
4. Being able to just go from long to short hair anytime, anyday!
5. A teleporter! We so need those in real life.
6. Be able to get as job as easily as the Sims do.
7. Pregnancies that only last three days!
8. Be able to create a whole house in such a short amount of time.
9. Frequent pay rises and promotions.
10. Be able to change a baby's diaper by chucking them into the air.

I like making my own money, it can be quite satisfying when you fulfill a goal in life and profit from it. So I don't want motherlode! I want the No More Bills LTR! Imagine the savings pot you can have with that one thing from the game, and all the other things will come easier in life. :)
