So even though Pets isn't due out for a couple months yet, I got a little a head of myself and started working on my first horse ranch(I'm more excited about the horses than anything, as I've been an avid rider since the age of 6)

@pare321- Thank you! The roof is called a bellcast(swooping)roof, popular here in the states between the 1920-40's. I'm working on a house similar to a Sears Kit house called the Newbury from the Sears Modern Homes catalog from 1936. Your house looks great and love the view it has.

Here are 3 new houses I'm currently working on, done in a modern suburban style... None of them are finished yet. I still need to do the interior as well as some exterior work. The 1st and 3rd houses are loosely based on houses I saw in a subdivision in Murrieta, CA.

Love the houses! I'm obsessed with planning and building - but mine aren't nearly as good as these.

The Zelman Family Homes:

This is the one they lived in first. The founders (Henry and Maggie) raised their children here, their children (Julia and Karen) raised their children here, and one of those kids (Mackenzie) still lives there with her husband (Blake) and their three children (Maia, Stella, and Cole).

Karen lost her life partner, so she, her daughter, Margaret, Margaret's partner, Tara, and their firstborn daughter, Rhiannon, all moved to this beach house. They have since had three more daughters. First it was a beach resort where Margaret and Tara got married, but they brought it out and fixed it up. It was the base game's Super Shack - and now it's been transformed.

I have a question, are you making that as a completely new neighbourhood (which you haven't exported to the game still) or do you already have some of your Sims in it which you play and then edit the locations in CAW when you feel like it? One of a number of fantasy world houses I'm building. It still needs more landscaping and interior design on the lower levels. There is a human aquarium type swimming pool on the 3rd level, four stacked spiral staircases in the center, and uses only three columns and a small entry for ground level support creating an open atmosphere that permeates the entire estate. Mirrored walls further enhance the spacious feel.

In my defence here I really dislike modern architecture, so I took it on as a challenge. I don't think it's too abysmal haha (: I'd be open to suggestions if you observe a way of improving it. I also did the fire station but I don't think it came out as well as these two.

I love Queen Anne houses; This one was loosely based on one I saw on Google (http://0.tqn.com/d/architecture/1/0/M/j/sacoijustdrawit.jpg) and was attempting to reference from my tiny iPhone 3 screen. Oooh, I love how you used the shelves to create the detail in the gables, I would have never thought of this. It's a really awesome bungalow, too, and I should have know beacuse I've been obssessed with building the perfect Craftsman bungalow for, like, over a year now. I built this house years ago when WA first came out. It was extremely hard because the floor plan was so big and complex, especially the way the roofs were designed on it, since there wasn't an individual roof slope tool back then. I had intended on uploading it but my computer crapped out and I quit playing the game. I came back to the game and saw the house and decided maybe I should upload it to MTS finally, but I wanted to get input first. Would any of you guys download this?
