Map Tag Mod Standalone

As the Title says, I need a standalone mod that does what Nraas story progression does to map tags, basically, tells you who is where even if you don't know them. I like that ability, but I'm trying to cut back on my mod content and the lagg, i figure if i only get mods for the actual features I want, it'll mean less unnecessary mod and lagg issues. no?

so, does anyone know where I can get such, or if maybe one can be made if there is none?

Im looking for the same thing, I guess no one knows. :( Sorry I can't be much help, but I just downloaded the Nraas Story Progression and the only map tag I got was my horse.

The map tags are added either by the Extras or by the Extended SP add-on. There should be a link in the first post of the SP download thread.
