Separate Schools?

I was just wondering if it is possible to have two separate schools for teens and children? Like high school and elementary?

Yes: AwesomeMod automatically will detect such a situation if you create it and assign kids to schools accordingly. If you setup a school that you've segregated by age/sex, the system will continue to uphold it.

I don't use AwesomeMod though I use Twallan's MasterController. Can I have both in the game? Or maybe I will just try assigning them to schools.

Yes, Twallan has said that they are compatible with each other.
