problem in Sims 3 install * STUCK*

hey every one :p

i'm newest member on this greatest site ever!!!!

so i have a problem in sims 3 install ..

i did last 2 weeks ago format for my PC .. but before i did any format i remember it was good

so when i try to install it it's stuck in fullbuild01.package :( :(

i do really feel sad for that :(

i deleted sims 2 to try install it without sims but it's still not work :( :(

please someone help me :cry:

don't delete this topic i really want to let it work again :cry: i searched all internet network and i didn't find any answer :blink:
