is it possible call dancer, or force party dancer to visit anytime? Is there cheat, hack or mod for this?

Depends, do you want them to come as Dancers? Or do wanna just make friends with them? In one of my games I had the sims who got married end up becoming friends with the Dancers and they came annd visited.

best would be if they come as dancers anytime to any party... when i used cheat and made my sim know everyone, he still didn't knew any of dancers, only sims living in town...

i mean to have them in phone as service or is there any mod that unlocks this?

Hippotalamus, we have a whole forum for looking for mods :) You'll find it in the Help menu under "Where can I find/WCIF".

Rosie, there are dancers who will appear spontaneously at bachelor/bachelorette parties (which an engaged Sim can throw from the party menu). They'll be of the appropriate gender (according to the host's sexual orientation) and costumed -- there's a variety of "exotic" costumes, and they have spotlights shinging on them. They tend to hang around after they finish dancing, so there's an opportunity for your sim to get into real trouble before the wedding :)

when you have a bachelor/bachelorette party, basically they're strippers only they don't take their clothes off, they just dress "sexy" and dance to the radio
there are some options in the game if you "flirt with a party dancer" or "kiss a party dancer" to get some lifetime points. if there's an option for woohooing with a party dancer i'm not sure because i never made it past kissing.
