Can't upload a profile pic

I'm using a photo shrunk down that I use online for other Sims sites, but it says I'm not allowed or something. There was nothing on the page to indicate I had to have posted 5 times or something; so I'm at a loss. :cry:

I presume you mean an avatar when you say 'profile picture'? What was the exact error message? Also, what filesize and filetype is the image? Maximum is 90X90 pixels.

Profile pictures are only allowed for featured creators. They are not the "usual" picture that you see on other vBulletin sites - in other words, they aren't pictures of you, they are the banners that appear above the uploads and on profile pages.
