Need some help plz

Hello,
I dont know if it is the correct place to post but since i have expansions up to Generations i decided to post it here.

I have Sims3, World adventures, night life, ambitions, Generations installed.

Resently i created a small island (7 big houses and 7 community buildings) and i made 6 families (3 types of elves and 4 types of human). I put 4 sims of every type on a house with enough beds, etc.
All the sims in game begin just as roomates (no marriage or anything).

I wanted to observe the way they will communicate each other and continue life.

Some of them made babies and my sim made babies with them too (out of mariage).
But...

I can see them give birth to their babies and take care for them.
After some days each single baby in the town is dissapread!

I cannot understand why this happen.
I have given them baby beds and equipment, there are 4 sims in the house to take care of the baby etc...

Whats the problem?
1. Do they not take care of them and they let them die?
2. Is this some bug?
3. Does the game removes the new sims from game because there are no empty lots in game?
4. Is there any baby killer npc in game??? :D

I have read mutliple topic for the same problem but i couldnt find any solution.

Can i put some nanny npc that will wander around lots and take care of babies?

Any help would be gratefull...
