...Mod that Gives Maternity Leave to Dads

It has always bugged me that dads don't get maternity leave, unless they were the one carrying the child. I'd like moms and dads to be able to alternate who stays home with the kids, but dad can only do this by having vacation days built up, or calling in sick.

I know I've seen a mod somewhere that gives dad maternity leave days too, but I don't recall where, or who made it. :help:

twojeffs twins, triplets and quads mod lets you choose which parent gets to stay home with the new baby. I believe it also gives both parents days off if your sim has triplets or quads but my sims rarely have them so I'm not sure on that.

Now I feel silly. Several months ago, I downloaded Trips & Quads, even though I have zero interest in any of my sims ever having trips or quads, because I'd heard about some feature it has that I DO want. Thing is, I'd forgotten what that feature was, so it's been sitting in backups, uninstalled.
