I dont know how much work would be involved doing this but, I think it would make things easier to "filter" what someone was looking for instead of going through page after page, have a way to select lot size, type, rooms, or for the charters break it down to sex and or age group. There must be a way to do this without alot of headache.

There are already additional filters for lot size and type, number of bedrooms, furnishings, price, etc. - click below where it says "This section has customisable filtering available! See the Filter box for more information." and then choose the "Additional Parameters" tab to choose what you'd like to filter by.

Sims (I assume you mean "characters" and not "charters"?) you need to choose a category (Anime & Comic, Celebrities, etc.) and then there's gender in there you can choose from. Almost all the sims are young adults though.
