Just a note, I have removed the attached file from your post as it is not necessary to post the finished file for download here - Creator Feedback is for getting feedback on your work before uploading, not sharing the finished product.
Some better screenshots I think are necessary - a clo0se-up shot of the dog's face as well as a shot of the body from the side, along with a comparison shot of a real wolf from the side as well. Right now, the biggest thing standing out to me as odd about it is the extreme width of the "cheek" area - the sides of the face around the neck. I'm guessing you were going for fluffy similar to the shapes on the wolf head picture, but it comes off as a bit odd. The paws also seem quite large to me, and I can't put my finger on what it is but something about the proportions make it seem very short and squat - like a daschund's proportions.

I think the top of the head looks a little bit too small. At least compared to the pictures of the real one you shared.

Well, thanks for your replies, I have made some major updates, taking into the consideration the head size, the cheek area, the neck, the body, the legs, the paws and even the tail, actually this is a new design (since I couldn't find the first one, lol), moreover, I changed the colors completely with this new layers and new colors to match the real timber wolf, in addition to changing the eyes color from yellow to brown, here is some screen shots:

What a cutie! I don't currently have TS2 installed, so some things I say may not be possible in the game. The first thing that jumps out at me is the forehead and skull are way too tall. I don't know what reference pictures you're using to create, but if it's the first picture you posted, that's not a good reference. The wolf on the left has his head at an angle, which makes the head look taller than it actually is.
This is a drawing, but it shows a fairly accurate side-view of a wolf. Notice how the forehead is not very prominent.

I know in real wolves there's a large ruff of fur around the face, but in the Sim the cheeks stick out strangely right now. The ears could be more angled, right now they're too vertical.
However, it's hard to see the wolf clearly from the screenshots you've posted. In order to get the best, most accurate feedback for your lovely wolf, it would be very helpful to post a clear screenshot of the side of the wolf, and closeups of the head from the side and front. The wolf should be in a neutral pose, standing still. Because all of the screenshots right now were taken either at an angle, while the wolf was walking, or with a graphics glitch, it's very hard to accurately assess how it could be improved.
Keep up the good work with your wolf, I look forward to your next update. :)
