Can't update

I am using version 1.6.12 of Sims2 cleanpack installer. I can't upgrade to a newer version and I can't uninstall this version to download a newer version. I also don't have the package option in The Sims resource anymore. Please help. :help:

You'll probably have to uninstall the Clean Installer manually:
