To me, two things make your sims looking quite unrealistic:

- her skin. Maybee try another one?
- the form or her face: too much "curved". Sculpt it a little more.

And I was wondering... Is this hair a pay hair ? I think it's a donate hair by Peggy, but I'm not sure. In this case, change it, or your upload will be rejected. (but maybee it's a free hair, just tell me)

She is looking very anime at the moment.

There are a few things that are letting you down:
~Her lips are very thick, they look very anime.
~I agree that the skin is lookiong quite asian.
~You need to rotate her eyes the other way.
~Her face needs to be sculpted a bit more, and less round.

Other than that I don't think she's a bad sim, she's nice to look at.
Although I do think that she has too heavy eye liner on.

Good start but she does look a bit cartoony/default EA-ish at the moment - there's a good tutorial here by Arisuka which gives some very useful basics on face sculpting to make sims go from cartoony to realistic, hope that helps! http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=450276

@Amylet ~ It's not a pay hair. I got it from Anubis360 and it was absolutely free.. But I guess the hair comes from peggy ? I'll just change it.. ;)
@EsmeraldaF ~ Thanks ! Never knew it existed ! I'll try to make her face more "normal" :)

UPDATE !!

I followed the basics at the thread page EsmeraldaF gave me.. And so far this is how she looks.
I made additional changes like smaller eyes, nose, and thinner lips. I enlarged the irises a bit.
And also about her head shape. Sculpted her face more and she looked more realistic to me and less anime-like.
Totally changed her skin tone. (It's still a Lemon Leaf skin though.. xD)

I guess she still needs a lot of work though.. But I'm really liking her than what she was before.. Thanks for all the help ! ;)

Yes, it's a Peggy hair. Anubis often uses pay on his sites. Sometimes he edits the mesh, but sometimes, he just replaces textures. So you can't use this hair for upload.
But your new hairstyle looks more realistic to me.

Otherwise, your sim looks better now, but her face is still too much curved.

She looks better! She does need a little more sculpting though, maybe try playing around more with the cheekbone, jaw shape and chin height sliders.

There is a non-pay hair similar to what you're using that I like very much and use on several of my female sims, it's a mesh by Savio, here: http://saviostuff.blogspot.com/2010/05/my-first-mesh-savio-hair-09.html

It seems to be the same hair.

I just realised that in your comment on the 'pay hair', you meant the first hair the OP used but I misread it to think you meant the second! So yes, that second hair, if it is indeed the Savio one I linked to, is OK to use!

I guess her face does look a bit curved. And I hope I will get an update today.. ;) Maybe I'll make her a brunette ? What do you guys think ? Hmmm.
And when I increased the cheek bone shape she looked kind of, weird.. lol. Not really weird but just looks middle aged. I guess I'll show you later.. :)
Also I want to make her face more like angelic. Just so you know what I'm aiming for.. :D

If you want an angelic look, then you'll want soft features. I love the way her lips look, but you could probably bring the mouth corners up a little bit. I'd suggest making her eyes look like they are slightly downturned, and then raise the outer corners a little, and pull down the inner corner. I think you should make her face more round. You could keep the length, but maybe make the jaw wider, then turn down the jaw definition. This will make the jaw wider, but still quite round rather than square and harsh.
