Well, we are very close to the end of the road, almost all objects and lots have been uploaded, and I think we all owe an ENORMOUS thank you to SimmyRN who has taken some fantastic pictures and set up some excellent posts and really made all these uploads look yummy and very easy to moderate.

Now it is time for the clothing uploads. It is really not my area of expertise and I think there is some leadership needed now for that aspect.

Please give your input on how we as a team can get this project finished and a big thank you to Simmy and VampireSim without whom I fear there would be almost no upload posts and all these great objects/items would have languished in oblivion.

Does anyone know if Kiara's items were ever edited? I know that there was a lot of feedback on them the last time we uploaded, Kiara hasn't been active since October. I can take pictures for her if the stuff is okay. What about Monca's dress, is she doing her own pics? Then there's my stuff, I've uploaded plenty of clothing before and can handle it myself.

Hi Lee and Rob!
I'm finishing the dress (I redid it).
I'm so sorry for the delay, but I'm having little time to work on it. As soon as possible, I'll post the pictures at the clothing thread, in this forum.

@Lee: I totaly agree with you about the Simmy. He is amazing!

Thanks so much for your kind comments! I'd be happy to review/oversee the formatting of the clothing posts, if desired, to make sure the Ye Olde Kingdom of Pudding posts are all consistent.

Just a side note -- I'm a mi'lady, not a mi'lord. SimmyRN

Simmy is a screenshot machine!!!
She did a phantastic job.

And thanks leesester for your kind words. It means a lot to me.

Oh Simmy - I am so sorry - I have no idea why but I just assumed you were a man. Whoops.

Anyway, a great job so far, and not far to go really. I realise OF COURSE that this is a hobby, not a job, and so we can be fairly relaxed on timescales, but right now there is a certain momentum about the group and the uploads and it would be a shame not to get the clothing uploads done within the next 6 weeks or so.

What I can also do is hand over ownership of the big list of everything to Simmy (make Simmy the thread starter) and then managing that overview will be her job, is that an idea?

Simmy I thought you were a guy too! Don't worry, people thought I was like 50 years old :P

I've been busy with midterms, it should slow down this week.

Ok, I have changed ownership of the Big List to Simmy.

No problem, everyone. That's one of the great things about groups like this. Things like age and gender don't matter. :luff:

Thanks for giving me ownership of the list, Leesester! I feel a bit intimidated but I'll do the best I can.

Now, Leesester, perhaps you'd like to consider taking up some of the requests people have been making ... a medieval fire alarm, etc., etc., etc. You know we'll have to make you an honorary, or official, member of the group. :lovestruc SimmyRN

Great work, VampireSim :!: I sent you a PM about the baby blanket mapping shot. I can't find it to include it in the thread. SimmyRN

Well, I was actually looking at a request someone made about the Butane lighter for the fireplaces. I bet we could do a simple default replacement that looks like a taper or a bit of wood with a flame on the end.

Yes, that's one of the requests I was talking about. It would be cool! Good luck! SimmyRN

I posted the blanket mapping in the Medieval Baby Blanket Default Replacements thread.

I wish I could handle a 3D programm and make some meshes!!!

A question:
When the dress is ready, have I to upload it as Merrye Maker at the Creators Upload Items as I did before?

leesester

Well, the whole point of the uploading an example in here was to give the team a chance to review and comment and make suggestions. In the beginning it was ALSO for me to check that posts were correctly made and formatted, especially after so many shaky upload posts the mods were getting a bit cross :( . However, by the end of the uploads posts I think Simmy could do them on autopilot.

However, if you feel confident that you can do it you can upload direct as a Merrye Maker. I do think it would be nice to have the text from Simmy at the top though - for consistency in formatting.

Hi guys!

I don't know what's happening with the dress... I'd just test the dress in game and it is not showing the bump map and the skirt is cliping at feet. :(
I have to remake the dress; now I'll try make it using the CTU.
So please, go ahead with the other clothings and don't worry about my dress.

There's no hurry, monca. Take your time. Robodl sent the other female dresses for review and we have other clothing to work on. I think there's still a thread for your Noble Gown here at the main page. Just post it there when you're ready and I'll add the formatting/copy and send it off for you, if you'd like. It's so pretty, it's worth the wait!

Thank you, my friend. As I said before: you are AMAZING! :lovestruc
I started with the dress again using another full body clone. I'm crossing my fingers, hoping that, this time, all will be ok!
