i tried to go through all of the guides before posting but since my problem is about CC not really working, i can't remove them. the game in itself is fine and all maxis original objects are looking good, but some of my downloaded objects (from different sites and creators) are some waht trasparent. what makes me belive that it's not a graphics problem is that it.s only the soft parts of the objects that are transparent, etc the matress in the crib. the weirdest part is when i try to photograph it in sims so i can post the picture up here, it looks completely normal!
these downloads has worked out fine before i switched computer, i have a couple of new ones, but i added an EP, free time, but how am i supposed to know if my downloads are the problem when i can't erase them from the game and see if it gets better?

i just found another object, the only non CC i could find, so I turned of all costumecontet but it still looked weird, and kind of metallic. so then it can't be any of the downloaded stuff right? I'm not using any cheats or boolproop. i attached a pic of the crib

Have you made some changes in softwere connected to your videocard? Had a little problem some time ago when some of the objects (in my case some EA standard objects) did become transparent. I had made some changes in the softwere and that coursed the problem.

i changed the setting on my radeon card to enhance shaders so my snow would be visible but that's all. and it's weird, if there were a settings issue wouldn't every object be transparent? and why only the "softer" part of the objects.
if there is a problem with a CC is it possible for a single object, a mesh or a recolor to do all this?

Sounds like you're doing a lot of speculation, and little actual testing.
Change the grahpics setting back to what it was before, and see how that affects things.
Make a backup of your game, then pull your Downloads folder and see if that fixes it.

i have alreday removed my downloades and it didn't work (and i said i turned of all CC, and by that i ment all hacks to, by removing the downloadsfolder) I always i have a backup of my game which i updates everytime i stop playing. the graphics settings doesn't help, and i have also tried a lot of other settings too, but if someone know exactly which settings i need to change let me know, Im using radeon HD2600/3600, which uses the old catalyst control centet and it's really hard to find any good help about it

It's hard to know what sort of testing you've actually done when in your first post you say this:
but how am i supposed to know if my downloads are the problem when i can't erase them from the game and see if it gets better?
But then later you say this:
i have alreday removed my downloades and it didn't work (and i said i turned of all CC, and by that i ment all hacks to, by removing the downloadsfolder)
As for your graphics settings, I was not as clear on that as I should have been. What I meant was, reverse the change you made to your graphics card, not game graphics. You said you changed it to enhance shaders. Change that back, and see what happens. Doesn't matter what you think will happen, or whether or not this setting change should be causing the problem. You won't know until you test it.

i don't know how to quote but if you read my 2 post "i just found another object, the only non CC i could find, so I turned of all costumecontet but it still looked weird, and kind of metallic. so then it can't be any of the downloaded stuff right? I'm not using any cheats or boolproop. i attached a pic of the crib " i said i turned off all of my CC.
i also ment the graphics card and not the in game settings, so what i ment was instead of "the graphics settings doesn't help" i ment changing the graphic CARDS settings doesn't help, i have a few options on the card where i can change the quality of anti aliasing and shaders. i have tried both good and bad quality and it doesn't work.

I'm not convinced that just disabling CC is a good test. All the troubleshooters recommend completely removing the Downloads folder to see what happens, in order to prove conclusively whether or not it's a CC issue. So until you do that, you can't know for certain this isn't caused by CC.
If it doesn't turn out to be CC, and no amount of tweaking your graphics card settings fixes it, the problem may be the specs of the card itself.

i figured it out, it was the in game settings that were wrong. i lowered the anti aliasind settings to low and then it worked. also i removed the donwnloads folder before i tried that and it wasnt any wrong with them
