{SOLVED} Weird spikes and shadows? Messed up mesh.

ah, hello! I'm having these weird spikes and shadows on my CC and I have absolutely no idea how to fix it because I don't know what's causing it. Help, anyone?

That looks like a mesh with no morphs/the wrong morphs. :)
