Customize Martial Arts Clothes and Work Uniform...?

WCIF a mod for this? I'd like do it myself uniform to work...like my Militar sim dressed as a Samurai... And customize Martial Arts Clothes,with a hair only for it (not same as casual clothes),add a acessory ONLY for martial arts clothes (like a sword)...
