Family is glitched after bulgulary

The same thing happened in two families and it happened after a bulgulary.
The game was behaving without problems, then there was a burgulary. After that, the lot gets no mail and no newspaper. The carpool does show up, but there are no visitors and no one on the lot ages.
I thought that the lot or family has glitched. Moving them into a different house doesn't help. Then I switched to a different family, same neighborhood. (Appalossa Plains).
The new family were on a different lot and everything was fine until they had a bugulary.
The same thing happened.
There's no cc, and I did clean the cache files. Can someone help me, please?

Have you tried witching active family back and forth?

Hhm, try resetting whole town with twallan's master controller?

I haven't any idea if any of these will actually help you but just something I might try.

Thank you. I hope that reseting the whole town works. I had to delete the family because i couldn't save it. I got a message that said I couldn't save when a death was in progress, but no one on the lot was dying.
