my computer won't download this file

when it tries i get a white page with a giant 404 on it


is this to mean I need to be from a place with 404 as the area code?

If you look at the very first thing on the download page:
http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=319226

You'll see the following:Attention! This thread may have one or more missing files, as per the recent fileserver crash.In other words, the files do not exist. They were lost when the file server died. You cannot download this lot.

Unless someone who does have it would like to upload it as the link in that page instructs, then Mootilda is correct - the file is gone.
