Proprietors spawning O_O

I noticed that simfest was going on a little longer than normal...so I check it out and their are propreitors spawning all over the park and stage...I don't know anyone else has been experienced the same thing...any ideas

I have seen others report this for various venues.

You can remove them using twallan's Master Controller. "Click on the sim and use "NRaas \ Master Controller \ Advanced \ Total Annihilation"."...(from twallan). A new proprietor will spawn.

Others have reported that replacing the lot seems to cure it.

Hey, since my game rejects any twallan's mods, I had to find a different solution. I couldn't delete the park, because when I was selecting it, it crashed my game. So this is what I did:
1. used testingcheatsenabled true
2. while playing a family, I clicked with shift on the park and chose "buy on this lot"
3. used buydebug
4. looked for a yellow, square mark that has a "P" on it
5. deleted it by clicking on it with shift and chosing "delete"
6. deleted all the proprietors with shift+click "delete"
My game spawned a new proprietor the next simday and it's been alright ever since. I hope this works for you. Just remember to backup your save files!
