Is there a forum specified to request Custom Content?

There are several rather-simple creations that I would like to see on this site, but I'm not sure who to ask to make them, if possible. Is there a forum where I can just simply state my ideas and request that someone make it? Thanks!

That kind of request, you should try to ask if someone already make it or not. Go to WCIF (Where Can I Find?) thread here (http://modthesims.info/fd.php?f=556). :)

If you sure that your creation ideas has never been created by someone before, then you can PM some creators to request what you want. You can find the list of creators who TAKE requests for:
