I notice on policy there is no area for game mods. Some people only make them. I don't make them yet but it might be good for them to have a policy too. You can/can not clone, you can/can not edit, and for default replacement texture like dinning wares the same as what is there for all the other textures for instance. Other than that the site is pretty much perfect.
