Career Performance Meter, Partner Low

my Sims wife is upset in the job performance meter yet it says she is vary happy in the relationship meter, how do I increase the partner meter so that my Sim can excel better in the law enforcement career in Sims 3? :faceslap:

For the job performance meter, the 'partner' is not about husband/wife relationship. Your Sim should have so-called 'partner' at work. Check her relationship panel, there should be one person classified as "partner". Increase her relationship with this 'partner'. :)

While your Sim is at work you should have the option to "chat with partner". Just select that and let your Sim do that all day for a few Sim days. They'll be best friends before you know it.

For the job performance meter, the 'partner' is not about husband/wife relationship... I've gotten bit by that too, at times.
