Okay so yesterday I installed the Pets expansion pack onto my computer, and after I started up the game and got to the loading screen the whole screen is black and the loading words are all jumbled at the bottom. After it finally makes it past that loading screen and I get to the main menu when I pick a game and the next loading screen pops up it gets about an inch down the loader and cancels and says "Sims 3 not responding!" I really just wanna play my game, and I don't wanna lose my families please help!

Btw, I previously had Late Night & Ambitions installed.
I don't know whats wrong and the game has NEVER given me problems before.

Thanks Ahead!

Sims 3 - Game Problems
Please go through this FAQ and follow the instructions, doing each step in order and not skipping anything:

Game Help:Sims 3 Game Problem
Most issues with the game can be resolved by following those steps.

Issues starting after the installation of a new patch are most likely CC-related. Do the above to rule out (or in) the common causes, then we'll have a better idea of what might be at fault. :)

That machine does not meet the requirements for the base game, let alone pets! You have less than 2 gb of ram. 2 gb is the minimum for the base game, 4 is the minimum with pets. You also have an integrated (http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Onboard_Graphics) graphics card that doesn't support the sims 3. It's odd that there's no info about the processor, but considering your other specs, it doesn't really matter what processor you have.
