WCIF a certain tiny island......

I spotted it once along time ago.. even had it for awhile, but cant seem to remember where I got it from..

Its a tiny island surrounded by ocean.. mostly sands on the outer side of the island with a green patch in the middle. Not many lots, no roads or sidewalks, but it had a center "outlook" type lot.. with a wooden lookout(was only floors and stairs) the was up probably 5 floors maybe.. with a telescope on the top level.

I really like this island, but I cant find it !
