Won't let me post in wcif! Help!

I'm trying to find installer monkey of anything that will help me install what I've downloaded. I downloaded a few mods and some cc but can't figure out how to install it. I heard installer monkey helps. I tried to post this in where can I find but it says I can't start a new thread there. Please help!

Click Help> Sims 3> Custom content FAQs at the top of the page. That will tell you how to install your CC correctly.

Thank you! Edit: I checked where you told me to and extracted it, but I can't figure out how to download it. It tells me how to download a sim or sim3pack file. Mine is a package file. I tried following the sim3pack directions, but it's not working. I did everything it said but when I open the launcher and go to install it's not there! I'm so confused!

You don't use Launcher to install .package files.
