How do you use Christianlov's Custom Skintone Selector?

I have downloaded is and unzipped it and everything, and it shows up on the "enable cusom content" box when I start the game up, but I have no idea how I'm supposed to be able to use it. Is there an object that I click on to use it? and where can I find this object?

It's in miscellaneous, and there's an application used to edit the object to enable other skintones. I never got around to using though.
