For a while now I have not been able to access my website from my computer making it impossible to edit or update it. Whenever I try to load it in either Firefox, IE, or Google Chrome I get the same "could not load or could not connect" message. Does this have something to do with my router since it's happening on all of my computers but not my phone? If so, how could I allow my website through the block? I am using the wireless router and modem given to Comcast customers. The hosting service said it works fine on their end and I know my account isn't deactivated because I can view it from my phone.

It is only occurring for just this one website, no others? It's your own personal website? Shared hosting or dedicated or cloud or whateverelse there is nowadays?
Can you visit and load pages of any other site hosted by this provider?
Is the domain provider the same people you call for tech support for your website? I mean is the domain service provided by your hosting service provider or are they different entities?
The router has been reset (turned off and on)?
Have cleared caches, cookies, histories, dns etc on all browsers and computers? Either by using the options on the browser themselves or by using CCleaner or its ilk?
Have run full Antivirus, Malware, Spyware scans?
Is this a desktop?
The computers all have the same OS, or different? What OS?
Do you have a laptop/tablet that exhibits this problem when used in the house, that you can bring to a Wi-Fi Hotspot (or a neighbor's / friend's house) and test there? This test would further confirm if it is an account issue (with the site or Comcast) or a system issue. Better even if you have access to a friend who has same Comcast-tier account as you and one who's on another provider and service, but I doubt we need to go that far. We'll cross this bridge if we need to. ;)

When did this start? What was changed on the system or router, if any? Or the service provider (of the domain, of the site, of the router, either or all three) updated/upgraded something?
Have you tested if it still occur when you connect directly via ethernet cable, ie not on Wireless?

You can probably hook your phone up to your wifi, to do the test ella mentioned regarding tablets.

I'm actually having the same problem. Its just this site, and it won't load on my PC. On any browser, and this has been going on all week. I was surprised that it showed on my phone.I thought the site was just under construction which is frustrating because I was waiting for feedback on a contest. Anyway, I cleared history and cache and it didn't solve the problem. The message I'm getting says "website currently unavailable. Please try again at a later time. If you are the site owner, here is a help resource to help resolve the issue."
