the link is for a sims 2 pic so it's most likely a conversion of the stroller on the sims 3 exchange

It was made long before TS3 came out to the public, so it's not TS3 ;)

In case anyone wonders, it's from eclectic-sims (which is down). It's named "SS_UmbrellaStroller_Mesh".

eclectic sims is completely dead, unfortunately. They do have some of their stuff at sims cave http://simscave.mustbedestroyed.org/index.php?topic=22153.0. the stroller hasn't been uploaded but the poster does mention that they have more stuff to upload so you could ask if they have it.
