WCIF lots with Around The Sims 3 objects? And a school!?

Hello... I love the Around The Sims 3 objects,but I'm not so good at building...So,I'm looking for lots already built...

Thanksin advance...and,a last thing: A school wheremy sims can learn all skills of all expansions packs,like martial arts,sculpture,riding...? Can anyone help me? It's a lot,with a rabbit hole functional rug,do you know?

For the lots, ATS has some on the site:

For the school, you just need martial arts items on a lot for your sims to use them (I put these in my gyms sometimes). Sculpting you can learn on any lot- just put the sculpting station on a community lot. For riding, you either need the show jumps on a lot for sims to learn, or you need the Equestrian centre rabbithole.
