Lots nearby to active lot in high detail

I was wondering if there is a mod that makes lots close to yours in high detail and,if possible,to be able to click on the community lots nearby and have a visit option.

For the first part; I think thats impossible due to how the game is built and rendered, and cant be changed. For the second, Didnt the feature come in an expansion? Ive had this feature for awhile now. I wanna say Bon Voyage but I may be wrong...

Oh ok and I have all expansion packs but I don't have that feature

Check your game settings/options. I think there is a feature called "Clickable Neighbors" or something like that. Turning that "on" may allow you to click on community lots and get that option.
