I'm looking for a kind of yellowish skin download, but not like a berry sim skin..
I'm looking for the kind of skin tone that people with liver failure have.. like a yellowish tint (I'm making an alcoholic sim for a story)

ALSO

a skin that's kind of like fake tan.. or maybe a fake tan accessory or something?

LadyFrontbum also has the "Taste the Rainbow" skinset and the "Umber" color could work. You can lighten it/tone it down if you want.
